Loyalty & Rewards Program

At MJS, we appreciate our customers and want to give something back. Our Loyalty & Rewards Program lets you earn points every time you shop with us — which you can then use to save on future purchases.

How It Works

1. Earn points on eligible purchases
You’ll earn up to 5% of your order value back in points.

Points are only awarded once your order is marked as completed.

2. Redeem points at checkout
Use your points to get discounts on eligible products.

3. Check your balance anytime
Log in to your account and click Rewards to view your current points balance.

Points Value

  • 1 point = $0.01 towards your next order.
  • Minimum redemption: 100 points.
  • Eligibility: Points are available only to registered customers who make purchases while logged in to their MJS account.

Example:

Spend $200 on eligible products and earn points worth up to $10 for your next order.

Validity & Expiry

  • Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
  • Expired points are automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

Returns & Refunds

  • Points earned on refunded or returned orders will be deducted from your account balance.
  • If you used points to pay for part of an order that is later refunded, those points will be credited back to your account.

Eligibility

  • Not all products may qualify for points. Exclusions may apply to sale or discounted items.
  • Points cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other loyalty accounts.

Managing Your Rewards:

  1. Log in to your MJS account.
  2. Go to My Account → Loyalty Points to view your points history and available balance.
  3. Apply your points during checkout to reduce your order total.

Terms & Conditions

  • MJS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the rewards program at any time without prior notice.
  • Abuse or misuse of the program may result in points being forfeited.
  • Participation in the program implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
