Please ensure your items for repair/servicing or sharpening are clean & well packaged to avoid any possible damage on arrival to us as we Mjs NZ 2017 Ltd are not responsible for any damaged items that arrive into us

MJs New Zealand 2017 Ltd Servicing Policy

  • Any Dryers, Clippers, Chargers, Batteries that MJs service and are deemed unrepairable will be charged a Service Preparation Fee of $30.00 inclusive of gst.
  • All Batteries, Chargers & Power Cords that are sent in for servicing & or testing will incur a Test Fee Charge starting from $15.00
  • If you purchase a Brand New Product (of which was here being serviced) with-in 2 working days this Fee will be waived.
  • All Service Estimates over $110.00 inclusive of gst MJs will make contact via phone or electronically to get permission to go and repair at your cost as on our estimate we provided to you.
  • Please remember: Service Estimates are not Quotes & exclude any postage costs
  • For your peace of mind & customer satisfaction please test your Repairs/Services upon return as MJs has a 10 day right of return for any issues you may experience.
  • Blades and Scissors must also be tested upon return to the client and if there are any issues with these items you must make immediate contact with us within 24 Hours

(Please ensure you pack your blades securely & are wrapped separately for sending so they arrive to us with less chance of any damage as most blades with broken teeth cannot be sharpened)

Any Dryers, Clippers, Chargers, Batteries that MJs service and are deemed unrepairable will be charged a Service Preparation Fee of $30.00 inclusive of gst. which will be voided if a replacement item is purchased from us within 48 hours of the item that has been deemed unable to be repaired

All Clippers, Batteries, and Chargers are serviced to a very high standard by our fully trained Service Technicians according to the NZ Electrical Safety Standards

All Batteries, Chargers & Power Cords that are sent in for servicing & or testing will incur a Test Fee Charge starting from $15.00 unless you have included a note to inform us that testing is not required
