What products do you service?We service clippers, dryers and veterinary surgical products.

What products do you sharpen?We sharpen both clippers and scissors.

How do I get my product to you for service or sharpening?Simply courier your product to us at: MJs NZ Ltd, 238 Jellicoe Street, Jellicoe Industrial Park, Te Puke 3119. Include a note whether for Service or Sharpening with a return address and we will courier back to you once done.

How long are delivery times?We ship all our online orders by courier and endeavor to deliver within (1-3 working days Monday to Friday) We can only deliver to a physical address within New Zealand, not a PO Box, Hotel, Motel or Care Of (c/-) address.

MJ’s New Zealand Limited will endeavor to ensure delivery of goods is on time but will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising in any way from any delay in delivery. You must inform MJ’s New Zealand Limited within 48 hours if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

Once our Carriers have deemed that your order either by GPS or Physically has been delivered then MJS & our Freight Carriers relinquish any further responsibility & no Investigation will be entered into.

How much does it cost to get delivered?Delivery charges will be added to each order and shown as a separate item before you chose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed. The customer is responsible for all courier delivery costs.

Are my card details safe?Products displayed on this site can be purchased using secure online MasterCard, Visa, transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment. When making your purchase you will be seamlessly transferred to the encrypted secure service to enter your Credit Card details for processing.
